Acknowledgment

I would like to acknowledge the enormous help given to me in creating this book.
==> the enormous help [given to me (in creating this book)].
[given to me (in creating this book)] 過去分詞片語,修飾help,形容help給誰。
(in creating this book)修飾 me,說明讓me完成什麼事 (創造那本書)。

The last class of my old professor's life took place once a week in his house, by a window in the study where he could watch a small hibiscus plant shed its pink leaves.

a small hibiscus plant shed its pink leaves

a small hibiscus plant看來就像名詞。

a small hibiscus plant shed its pink leaves

He asks if I will stay in touch, and without hesitation I say, "Of course."

[ He asks if I will stay in touch,] and [without hesitation I say, "Of course."]

"Of course."

without hesitation是形容I say, "Of course."

a cross between a biblical prophet and a Christmas elf.

Effg,

He thinks the article is very interesting. The story is very creative and philosophical. Scott was able to tell the writer is not a native English speaker because of the choice of words and expressions.
We had made some comments about the article. The author does not necessarily make a mistake. Our suggestions are just to show you some of the more common expressions used by the native English speakers
At the end of the year, as people about my age were content with watching their kids growing taller. I, a gay man leaving nothing to transmit genes, always are content with counting my books read by me ( not rreally need to say ( read by me) because people assume the book was read by the perseon) within a year.
This seems absurd to many ( very good sentence), but I like doing that instead of arguing, worrying, and caring about my child.

Some of my kith and kin have always been advising me to have children, so that I would be taken care of ( care for ….not care of ) by them while ( use “ when” might be better) I am old or weak, or both.

In the beginning, I took this advice to heart, and then I thought that my widowered father, living alone in the country for more a decade, taking care of him by himself (taking care of himself), said good-bye to me with his gaze hidden reluctance to part every time I was going ( instead of “ going” ……”leaving” might be a better of choise of words)

My job didn't allow me to live with him in the country, and he did hardly adapt to the city lifestyle ( it is diffuclt for him to adapt the city life style) , so we lived apart from each other. More than two hundred miles separating us, I went back home to see him less than a dozen times a year.

When he passed away of cancer, I decided to haven't any child in my whole life ( I decided not to have any child).

I can ( could) imagine, if I had any child, I would give it the best that I could afford, like giving it funny toys, teaching it beautiful things, and doing my best to protect it, but no matter how perfectly I take care of it, I can't avoid disregarding its sorrow and tears, taking away my love, and saying good-bye to it, when

Anyway, it is a better choice to free my genes through commodes into the sea, not to become men to suffer a great deal, which people always have to suffer. I know what you were thinking : they all have soaked in septic tanks and died in stench. However, I would rather picture that they are free swimming in the sea, merrily playing with fishes, or enjoying what I can't get.

The last paragraph has a lot of nice thoughts and good use of words. The biggest problem is the use of punctuation marks.

《Greeting》

I want to write a letter,
no content,
only a title : How are you?
Then tear it into tiny pieces,
burning down into ashes,
throwing ashes up into the wind.
Hope one of them will float into your window,
with my greeting and missing.

we would be more than happy to help!!

{Greeting}

I want to write a letter,
no content,
only a title: How are you?
Then tear it into tiny pieces,
burning down into ashes,
throwing ashes up into the wind.
Hope one of them will float into your window,
with my greeting and missing.
